Kevin B. Stokes is one of the leading providers of Economic Impact studies for private colleges. He has developed a unique method for determining the impact of higher education on city and county  budgets. Our studies have been used to counter complaints regarding college property expansion and tax exemption. EconIMPACT studies have also been used to meet requests for Payments-in-Lieu-of-Taxes as well as in capital campaigns.

His Economic Impact Study clients have included Biola University (CA), DePauw University (IN), Flagler College (FL), Franklin College (IN), Hope College (MI), Loma Linda University (CA), Lyon College (AR), Roger Williams University (RI), Seton Hill University (PA), University of Bridgeport (CT), and the University of the Southern Caribbean (Trinidad).

Clients in healthcare have gained from his expertise in the areas of analysis of variance, certificate of need application, management training, market definition, mergers and acquisitions, personnel development, statistical regression, trend analysis and value of life analysis.

Additionally, Mr. Stokes has served as an expert witness in personal injury and wrongful death cases. Other legal experience has included market definition cases involving firms in the banking, energy, newspaper, paint products and waste management industries.

Kevin B. Stokes has taught economics at Walla Walla College, Southeast Asia Union College in Singapore and graduate statistics at the Webster University School of Business. Kevin Stokes received an MA in Economics from Washington State University and an MBA from the University of Bridgeport. He is fluent in Spanish and has coordinated several development projects in Ecuador.
